On October 8^th, 2021, on the occasion of the celebration for the 130 years of operation since its foundation, Professor and Academician Aristidis Tsatsakis was awarded with commemorative medal "130 years of the Federal Scientific Center of Hygiene named after F.F.Erisman" by the Federal Scientific Center of Hygiene (F.F.Erisman), in Moscow, for his assistance in Health Sciences during his academic career as well as the provision of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of population.

Erisman Institute is the central multidisciplinary scientific institution in Russia, the main goals of which is to solve both applied and fundamental problems of Hygiene Science and public health protection.

The main directions of the Center's activity are reflected in its structure, which includes the following Institutions:

- Institute of Complex Hygiene Problems,

- Institute of Hygiene, Pesticide Toxicology and Chemical Safety,

- Institute of General and Occupational Pathology.

In 2014, during his presidency of the Federation of European Toxicological Societies, Professor Aristidis Tsatsakis was awarded as Honorary Erisman Professor.
